Position Summary:

The Student Ministry Female Associate serves as a key leader, with primary
responsibility for discipling middle school and high school girls while contributing to
the overall vision, strategy, and execution of the Student Ministry. This role exists to
help students know Jesus deeply, grow in authentic community, and live out their
faith confidently—especially young women navigating middle and high school.
