Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. to fill out a form.
Registration Information
Registration begins September 6.
The early registration cost per child for basketball is $90; after October 6, the cost is $100.
The early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $95; after October 6, the cost is$105.
Deadline for registration is October 21. The date has been extended to NOVEMBER 10, 2011.
Basketball shorts are included in the registration cost.
Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are included in the registration cost.
Mark checks payable to Parkway Baptist Church.
Evaluations and Orientations
Everyone must attend one basketball or cheerleading evaluation/uniform sizing. Even if you have played with us in the past, please attend.
They will take place at the Church Campus as follows:
Kindergarten-1st Coed
Monday, October 17, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
2nd and 3rd Grade Boys/Girls
Tuesday, October 18, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
4th and 5th Grade Boys/Girls
Thursday, October 20, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
6th through 8th Grade Boys/Girls
Friday, October 21, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
There will be one additional evaluation night on November 10, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Practices begin the week of Monday, November 28, 2011
